About Us
Alphabet Cars is a TfL TPH* Licensed Private Hire Company based in East Ham, East London E6 and has been established since 1991. We are a 5 star Platinum company, graded by the Licensed Private Hire Car Association (LPHCA). Our office is open 24 hours, 365 days of the year to meet the transportation demands of our customers.
We transport people, letters and packages from any address in our locality to any destination local, medium and long distance, for all occasions using the latest State of the Art Data Dispatch System, and our drivers are fully trained to the NVQ Level 2 in Road Passenger Vehicle Driving Certificate so you can be assured of a high quality and reliable service. We safely drive hundreds of thousands of customers every year, and very much look forward to being at your service.
All our vehicles are regularly checked and available for all types of journeys, including courier services. Our fleet of vehicles comprise of passenger saloon, estate, MPV’s, 17 Seated Mini Bus’s and executive cars.

We have been awarded the kite mark by the Trading Standards’ Buy with Confidence Scheme for our value and quality. We are members of the Newham Chamber of Commerce and Barking and Dagenham Chamber of Commerce.
We cover airports, councils, school runs, hotels, stations, excursions etc. We are also contracted by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, and the London Borough of Newham to carry out work for their SEN students/adults. We also carry out work for various clients who are covered under the “Access to Work Scheme”, as well as contracted by Tesco, Asda and Lidl stores as we are known for our integrity and reliability. We are also happy to provide car services for special and national events.
